04:05 PM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Targa Exploration ( TRGEF ) on Monday said it closed a private placement of flow-through shares, raising $1million.

The company placed 6.72-million tax-advantaged shares priced at $0.15 each in the financing.

All qualifying expenditures will be renounced by December 31, 2025, with the associated expenses incurred by December 31, 2026, and proceeds will be used for exploration of the Company's Opinaca gold project.

Shares of Targa Exploration ( TRGEF ) were last seen trading at $0.14 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
