Targa Resources names William Byers new CFO

June 24 (Reuters) - Oil and gas transportation firm

Targa Resources ( TRGP ) said on Monday it has named William

Byers its chief financial officer.

Outgoing CFO Jennifer Kneale, who had been in the role

for six years, will now be the company's president of finance

and administration.
