Target Hospitality Swings to Q4 Loss as Revenue Rises

07:12 AM EDT, 03/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Target Hospitality ( TH ) reported a Q4 loss Wednesday of $0.15 per diluted share, swinging from an income of $0.12 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.11.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $89.8 million, compared with $83.7 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $85.8 million.

The company said it expects full-year 2026 total revenue of $320 million to $330 million. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $285.3 million.

Target Hospitality ( TH ) shares were up more than 9% in Wednesday pre-bell activity.
