Target Hospitality to Expand Data Center Community to 650 Beds
Nov 17, 2025 6:21 AM

09:04 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Target Hospitality ( TH ) said Monday it plans to expand its 250-bed data center community project to 650 beds in a move to meet increasing customer demand.

The expansion is expected to deliver around $40 million of committed minimum revenue over its initial two-year term through March 2028 and increase the total contract value to about $83 million, the company said. Target added that the expansion contract includes four one-year extensions after the initial term.

Target said it plans to use a portion of its existing asset portfolio to complete the expansion, resulting in a capital investment of $10 million to $15 million.
