Taseko Mines Completes US$500 Million Notes Offering

12:37 PM EDT, 04/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Taseko Mines ( TGB ) on Tuesday said it completed its offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 8.25% senior secured notes due 2030.

Part of the proceeds will be used to redeem the outstanding US$400 million senior secured notes due 2026. The remaining proceeds, net of transaction costs and accrued interest, are available for capital expenditures, working capital and general corporate purposes.

Taseko Mines ( TGB ) is advancing construction at its Florence Copper Mine in Arizona.

The company's shares were last seen down C$0.01 to C$3.25 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
