Taseko Mines Launches US$500M Notes Offering

08:52 AM EDT, 04/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Taseko Mines Ltd. ( TGB ) said Monday that it is launching an offering of US$500 million in senior secured notes due 2030.

The company plans to use the proceeds to redeem its outstanding 7.00% senior secured notes due 2026, along with cash on hand.

Taseko will also use the funds to make capital expenditures, including at its Florence copper project and Gibraltar mine, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The company will also the proceeds to pay fees and expenses linked to the offering.
