Tavia Acquisition Prices IPO at $10 per Unit

05:48 AM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tavia Acquisition (TAVI) said Tuesday it has priced an initial public offering of 10 million units at $10 per unit.

The units, each consisting of one ordinary share and one right to receive one-tenth of an ordinary share upon completion of a business combination, are expected to commence trading Wednesday on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol, "TAVIU."

Once the securities begin trading separately, the shares and rights are expected to be listed under the symbols, "TAVI" and "TAVIR," respectively.

Tavia said it has also granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 1.5 million additional units.

The offering is expected to close around Thursday.
