Taysha Gene Therapies Commences Offering of Common Stock, Warrants

05:10 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Taysha Gene Therapies ( TSHA ) unveiled late on Wednesday an offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants to purchase its shares.

The company intends to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the total shares in the offering. It will offer all the shares in the proposed sale.

Shares jumped 16% in after-hours activity.
