03:39 AM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Taysha Gene Therapies ( TSHA ) said late Wednesday it priced a public offering of 46.9 million shares at $2.75 apiece and pre-funded warrants to purchase 25.9 million shares at $2.749 per warrant.

The company has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 10.9 million shares.

Taysha expects to raise gross proceeds of about $200 million from the offering, which is due to close Friday.
