The company said the special dividend of 0.25 American Depositary Shares for every 1 ADS held by shareholders on the record date of Jan. 2 will be delivered to shareholders on or about Jan. 6.

TC BioPharm ( TCBP ) shares were rising past 4% in recent trading.
