TD Bank Appoints John MacIntyre as Chairman

07:56 AM EDT, 07/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TD Bank (TD.TO and NYSE:TD) on Monday appointed John MacIntyre as the chairman, effective September 1, replacing Alan MacGibbon who is retiring.

MacIntyre is a retired partner-emeritus of Birch Hill Capital Partners.

U.S.-listed shares of the company were last seen up 0.4% at US$75.20 in pre-market trading.
