TD Synnex Announces Secondary Stock Offering, Share Buyback

04:44 PM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TD Synnex ( SNX ) said late Thursday it's launching a secondary public offering of 5.31 million shares held by entities managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management ( APO ) .

TD Synnex ( SNX ) isn't selling any shares and won't get any proceeds from the sale by the selling investors.

The company said it authorized the purchase from the underwriters of 1.75 million shares as part of the secondary offering.

The share repurchase is part of its share buyback program, the company said.

Price: 116.02, Change: -1.24, Percent Change: -1.06
