TD Synnex Enters Agreement With Amazon Web Services to Drive AI Adoption

01:03 PM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TD Synnex ( SNX ) said Wednesday it entered a multi-year agreement with Amazon.com's ( AMZN ) Amazon Web Services to empower partners to expand their cloud and artificial intelligence service offerings.

The agreement is expected to help partners and clients adopt AI through access to AWS' AI services as well as facilitate cloud migration, modernization, and marketplace growth across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, the company said.

The deal also streamlines access to AWS Marketplace programs for independent software vendors, enabling them to monetize faster and reach new customer segments, according to a statement.
