05:09 PM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TE Connectivity ( TEL ) said late Wednesday it appointed Carol Davidson as board chairman, succeeding Tom Lynch, who retired from the position.

Davidson served as the lead independent director of the company since 2022.

TE Connectivity ( TEL ) said its shareholders also approved a quarterly dividend of $0.65 a share.
