TE Connectivity Shareholders Approve Merger With Unit

04:27 PM EDT, 06/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TE Connectivity ( TEL ) said Wednesday its shareholders approved the company's merger with a unit of the same name on or about Sept. 30 at a special meeting.

The approval will change the jurisdiction of organization to Ireland from Switzerland, the company said.
