TechPrecision Closes $2.3 Million Private Placement

05:31 PM EDT, 07/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TechPrecision ( TPCS ) said late Monday it closed a private placement of its securities for about $2.3 million in gross proceeds.

The offering comprised of 666,100 shares and warrants to purchase up to 666,100 shares. The combined purchase price for each share and warrant was $3.45, the company said. Each warrant will be exercisable at $4 per share.
