11:19 AM EDT, 07/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TechPrecision ( TPCS ) said Monday it has received a non-compliance notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market for failing to timely file its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31.

The company said it has until Sept. 16 to submit a plan to regain compliance, adding that the notice has no immediate impact on the listing or trading of its securities on the exchange.
