Teck Resources Launches Tender Offers for $1.25 Billion Notes

04:27 AM EDT, 07/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Teck Resources Ltd ( TECK ) said Thursday it launched tender offers to purchase up to $1.25 billion principal amount of outstanding notes.

The tender offers cover six series of notes including the company's outstanding 3.9% notes due 2030; 6.125% notes due 2035; 6% notes due 2040; 6.25% notes due 2041; 5.2% notes due 2042, and 5.4% notes due 2043, the company said.

The total consideration for each series of notes will be determined on July 15.

The offers are set to expire on July 15, with an expected initial settlement date of July 17 and guaranteed delivery settlement date of July 19.
