04:30 PM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tectonic Therapeutic ( TECX ) completed enrollment for a 24-week Phase 2 trial evaluating TX45 in patients with pulmonary hypertension associated with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.

The study includes patients with a more severe subtype of combined pre- and post-capillary pulmonary hypertension, the company said Wednesday in a statement.

The trial's primary endpoint measures change in pulmonary vascular resistance in this higher-risk group, the company said.
