09:51 AM EST, 11/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tegna ( TGNA ) said Tuesday its shareholders have approved Nexstar Media Group ( NXST ) 's plan to acquire Tegna ( TGNA ).

The transaction is expected to close by H2 of 2026, Tegna ( TGNA ) said.
