01:00 PM EST, 12/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tejon Ranch ( TRC ) said Wednesday that President and Chief Executive Gregory Bielli has extended his retirement date to March 31, 2025, from Dec. 31 to provide continuity of leadership and to assist in the transition of a new president and CEO.

The company said its board has requested the extension. Bielli previously planned to retire at the end of the year.
