Tejon Ranch Shares Fall After Q1 Swing to Loss, Lower Revenue

01:33 PM EDT, 05/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tejon Ranch ( TRC ) shares fell 3% in recent Tuesday trading, after the company swung to a loss and lower revenue in Q1.

The company reported a Q1 loss of $0.03 per diluted share, compared with earnings of $0.07 per share a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by Capital IQ expected earnings of $0.08.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $7.4 million, down from $12.3 million a year earlier.
