Teladoc Health CFO to Depart; Annual Sales Outlook Reaffirmed -- Shares Up Pre-Bell

04:44 AM EDT, 10/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Teladoc Health ( TDOC ) said late Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Mala Murthy will leave the company, effective Nov. 21, to pursue another opportunity outside of the industry.

The company said it has already started looking for a new CFO.

Teladoc reported preliminary Q3 revenue of $626.4 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $625.8 million.

The company also said it continues to expect 2025 revenue in a range of $2.50 billion to $2.55 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.52 billion.

Teladoc shares were up 2.3% in recent premarket activity Friday.
