05:50 PM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Teladoc Health ( TDOC ) reported a Q2 loss late Tuesday of $0.19 per diluted share, narrower than a loss of $4.92 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.26.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $631.9 million, down from $642.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $622.6 million.

The company said it expects a Q3 net loss of $0.35 to $0.20 per share on revenue of $614 million to $636 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect a loss of $0.19 per share on revenue of $628 million.

For 2025, the company expects a loss between $1.35 and $1.00 per share on revenue of $2.50 billion to $2.55 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect a loss of $1.14 per share on revenue of $2.52 billion.

Shares of Teladoc Health ( TDOC ) rose 3.3% in after-hours activity.
