01:26 PM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Teledyne Technologies ( TDY ) said Tuesday it has acquired the assets of marine electronics company Maretron, including the brand's Octoplex, MPower, and MConnect product lines, from Littelfuse ( LFUS ) .

Financial terms were not disclosed.

With the acquisition, which includes Maretron's office in Florida, Teledyne ( TDY ) said its Raymarine business will be able to provide deeper integration and automation for boat builders.

Raymarine plans to maintain Maretron's trade name and product lines, Teledyne ( TDY ) said.

Teledyne ( TDY ) shares were down 0.3% while Littelfuse ( LFUS ) shares were up more than 3% in recent trading.
