Telephone and Data Systems Q2 Net Loss Narrows, Operating Revenue Falls; 2025 Sales Outlook Revised

08:03 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Telephone and Data Systems ( TDS/PV ) reported a Q2 net loss Monday of $0.05 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $0.13 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $0.01.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.19 billion, compared with $1.24 billion a year earlier.

The analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.17 billion.

For 2025, the company said it now expects operating revenue of $1.03 billion to $1.05 billion, compared with $1.03 billion to $1.07 billion anticipated previously.
