08:16 AM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Telephone and Data Systems' ( TDS/PV ) unit, TDS Telecommunications LLC, said Wednesday that it has agreed to transfer ownership of its cable operations in Texas under a joint agreement with Poka Lambro Telecommunications and Nevill Holdings.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

TDS Telecommunications said it will transfer its cable properties in Seminole, Seagraves, and Denver City to Poka Lambro, as well as Alpine and Fort Stockton to Nevill.

The telecom firm said it will complete the deal in Q4.
