Telesat, Airbus Partner to Integrate Low Earth Orbit Network into HBCplus

07:55 AM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Telesat ( TSAT ) said Monday it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Airbus SAS to integrate Telesat's ( TSAT ) Lightspeed low earth orbit satellite network into Airbus's HBCplus Ka-band solution, enhancing connectivity options.

The collaboration aims to address user terminal integration for HBCplus installations, enabling Telesat Lightspeed services, Telesat ( TSAT ) said.
