After a complete disruption in sales for two months during the lockdown, manufacturers of home appliances, white goods and IT products witnessed a healthy pent-up demand during the Unlock-1 period and sales are improving every day, officials said on Friday.

From lockdown we have moved to the unlock period. Big strides are being taken to return to a pre-COVID normalcy. However can we go back to that normal or will this never-before-experience have a lasting impact on the way people think and behave? What are the changes and how deep do they go?
