Telesat Awards Gateway Antenna Contract to Intellian

11:07 AM EDT, 10/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Telesat ( TSAT ) awarded a contract to satellite communications company Intellian for gateway antennas for the Telesat Lightspeed Low Earth Orbit constellation.

Intellian will design, supply, install and integrate 127 gateway antenna systems at landing stations for the Telesat Lightspeed network, the companies said Wednesday in a statement.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The stations will route data of customers to points-of-presence for telecom networks, internet and cloud services.
