05:57 PM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Telesis Bio ( TBIO ) said late Wednesday it formed a partnership with Beckman Coulter Life Sciences to create scalable biofoundries, with the goal of delivering solutions for sustainable and rapid on-premise DNA synthesis.

The partnership provides an open solution to the market, allowing the incorporation of constructs from other providers compatible with Telesis Bio's ( TBIO ) Gibson SOLA Enzymatic Synthesis technology, the company said.

Telesis shares were up 103% in after-hours activity.
