TELUS Announces Cash Tender Offers for Debt Securities

09:37 AM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TELUS ( TU ) (T.TO, TU) on Friday announced the start of two separate offers to buy outstanding notes for up to a maximum of US$750 million.

The company also announced the commencement of eight separate offers to buy up to C$600 million, excluding accrued and unpaid interest, of its outstanding senior notes.

All ten offers are slated to expire on June 27.

Shares of the company closed down 0.4% to $21.86 on Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
