Telus Closes $1.5 Billion Notes Offering

12:26 PM EDT, 06/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Telus ( TU ) said Friday it closed a $1.5 billion fixed-to-fixed rate junior subordinated notes offering in two tranches.

The net proceeds will be used to fund tender offers, debt repayments, and general corporate purposes, according to the company.

Price: 15.84, Change: -0.10, Percent Change: -0.63
