08:14 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Telus ( TU ) said late Monday it is investing 2 billion Canadian dollars ($1.46 billion) over the next five years to expand its broadband services throughout the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec.

The investment will be supported by strategic collaborations, the company said.

Telus ( TU ) said it has received the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission's confirmation of the wholesale fiber-to-the-premise framework.
