12:36 PM EST, 02/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tempur Sealy International ( TPX ) said it anticipates completing the acquisition of Mattress Firm Group on Wednesday after the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas denied the Federal Trade Commission's motion to halt the closing.

The FTC signaled it won't take other steps to prevent the closing of the transaction, Tempur Sealy ( TPX ) said Tuesday in a statement.
