09:38 AM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tempus AI ( TEM ) said Friday it is acquiring artificial intelligence company Paige for roughly $81.3 million.

The amount is being paid mostly in Tempus shares, along with Tempus AI's ( TEM ) assumption of Paige's remaining commitment under a Microsoft (MSFT) Azure cloud services deal, the company said.
