Tenable Holdings to Acquire Eureka Security

09:33 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tenable Holdings ( TENB ) said Thursday it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Eureka Security, a provider of data security posture management for cloud environments.

The Eureka Security DSPM capabilities are expected to be integrated into Tenable Cloud Security and its Cloud Native Application Protection Platform solution later this year, the company said.
