03:52 AM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tenaris ( TS ) said late Tuesday it completed a $700 million share buyback program, purchasing 36.9 million shares, or 3.17% of its total share capital.

As of March 4, the company holds 90.8 million shares in treasury, representing 7.81% of its total capital.

Tenaris ( TS ) said it plans to cancel the treasury shares purchased under the program in the future.
