10:43 AM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tenet Healthcare ( THC ) said Monday it has closed the sale of six hospitals and related operations in California.

The company sold four Orange County and Los Angeles County hospitals to UCI Health and two San Luis Obispo hospitals to Adventist Health.

Tenet Healthcare ( THC ) shares were down almost 1% in recent trading.
