Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.95.

Net operating revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $5.07 billion, down from $5.38 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $5.17.

For 2025, the healthcare company expects adjusted diluted EPS of $11.74 to $12.84 on revenue of $20.60 billion to $21.00 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $11.42 on revenue of $21.25 billion.

Shares of the company were up more than 2% in Wednesday's premarket activity.
