11:49 AM EDT, 07/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ten-League International (TLIH) shares fell in their Nasdaq debut on Tuesday after the company priced its initial public offering of 2.24 million shares at $4.00 apiece.
The stock was down more than 17% at $3.30 in recent trading after opening at $3.87.
Ten-League is a Singapore-based provider of turnkey project solutions. The offering is expected to close July 9.
