09:45 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tenon Medical ( TNON ) said Friday it has acquired sacroiliac joint-focused assets from Tampa, Florida-based startup SiVantage to expand its sacroiliac treatment portfolio.
The acquisition includes SImmetry and SImmetry+ technologies, which allow physicians to customize patient treatment using clinically backed fusion products, the company said.
SiVantage co-founders Wyatt Geist and Nate Grawey will join Tenon as chief innovations officer and chief commercial officer, respectively, according to the company.
The transaction includes "a modest upfront cash component" and an equity issuance, "with the majority of total consideration contingent upon achieving future performance milestones," the company said.
Tenon Medical ( TNON ) shares were 48% higher in recent trading.
