Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.43.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $409 million, down from $457 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $414.5 million.

Q1 non-GAAP diluted EPS is forecast from $0.55 to $0.59. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.64. Fiscal 2025 non-GAAP diluted EPS is seen between $2.15 and $2.25. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.46.

The company said Chief Financial Officer Claire Bramley will be leaving, effective March 31. Teradata's ( TDC ) Chief Accounting Officer Charles Smotherman has been named interim CFO, effective March 24.

Shares were down more than 12% in after-hours trading.
