09:56 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Teradyne ( TER ) said Tuesday it launched an opto-electric automated test platform named Photon 100, which is aimed at boosting high-volume silicon photonics and co-packaged optics manufacturing.

The test platform allows high-throughput, automated testing across all key manufacturing stages, including wafer, optical engine, and co-packaged module insertions, the company said.
