05:54 PM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Teradyne ( TER ) said late Tuesday it has appointed industry veteran Michelle Turner to the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Shares in the company rose more than 22% in recent after-hours trading.

Turner will succeed Sanjay Mehta, who has been at the helm since 2019, starting from November 3.

Mehta will remain with the company as an executive advisor to support capacity expansion and plans to retire in 2026.
