04:29 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TERAGO ( TRAGF ) said Tuesday it formed a strategic partnership with Fortinet ( FTNT ) to enhance its managed networking and security services for businesses across Canada.
TERAGO ( TRAGF ), which holds 91% of Canada's mmWave spectrum, said Fortinet's ( FTNT ) secure SD-WAN technology and Unified Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform will be integrated into its managed service offerings. The company said the collaboration is aimed at improving network performance, delivering scalable and secure access, and protecting business-critical data from cyber threats.
TERAGO ( TRAGF ) chief executive officer Daniel Vucinic said the partnership strengthens the company's ability to offer secure, scalable, and intelligent technology solutions.
TERAGO ( TRAGF ) provides managed network and security services, including private 5G wireless networks, fixed wireless access, fiber, and cable connectivity. Fortinet ( FTNT ) is a global provider of cybersecurity and secure networking solutions.
TERAGO ( TRAGF ) shares closed up $0.03 to $0.78 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
