TeraWulf Acquires Beowulf Electricity & Data in $52.4 Million Deal

04:35 PM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TeraWulf ( WULF ) said late Tuesday it acquired Beowulf Electricity & Data for about $52.4 million.

The deal includes $3 million in cash and 5 million shares of TeraWulf ( WULF ) common stock at closing, with up to $19 million in additional cash payments and $13 million in stock tied to certain milestones.

TeraWulf ( WULF ) said its previously issued 2025 cost guidance, including $40 million to $45 million in selling, general, and administrative expenses and $20 million to $25 million in operating expenses, remains unchanged.

Shares of TeraWulf ( WULF ) were up 1.3% in after-hours trading.
