Terex Completes Sale of Tower, Rough Terrain Cranes Units to Raimondi Cranes

09:49 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Terex ( TEX ) said Monday it has completed the sale of its Tower and Rough Terrain Cranes businesses to Raimondi Cranes, a crane manufacturer based in Milan.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The transaction includes Terex's ( TEX ) manufacturing operations and facilities in Fontanafredda and Crespellano, Italy, as well as its North America Cranes service and support operation in Wilmington, North Carolina.

The divestiture does not include the company's Franna pick and carry cranes business, which remains based in Australia, the company said.

Shares of Terex ( TEX ) were down 3.2% in recent Monday trading.
