Terex Says Regulatory Waiting Period for Environmental Solutions Acquisition Has Expired

08:31 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Terex ( TEX ) said Tuesday the waiting period for an antitrust review under the Hart-Scott-Rodino law for its pending acquisition of Environmental Solutions Group has expired.

The transaction is expected to close later this year, Terex ( TEX ) said.
