05:20 PM EDT, 04/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ternium ( TX ) said late Wednesday its board revised its dividend proposal for fiscal 2025 to $2.20 per American Depository share from $2.70 earlier.

If the proposal is approved, a dividend of $1.30 per ADS will be payable May 15 to stockholders of record May 14, according to a statement.

The company said it reiterated its guidance for a sequential increase in adjusted EBITDA in Q1 2026 and further improvements in Q2, but the revised-down dividend proposal is part of efforts to bolster the balance sheet amid volatility stemming from the Middle East conflict.
