Terra Innovatum Global Names Kathy Williams as CFO

09:17 AM EDT, 03/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Terra Innovatum Global ( NKLR ) said Monday that Kathy Williams, currently chair of the company's board, has been named chief financial officer.

The company said Mike Howard, former CEO of the Electric Power Research Institute, will succeed Williams as chair

Williams previously served as CFO and CEO of Areva and has held senior leadership roles at Framatome, the company said.

Terra Innovatum shares were 2% higher in premarket trading.
